The perfect opportunity to meet and spend some time with our companions - and finish up by really getting to appreciate them !

After a word or two of advice, you set off following an itinerary which is appropriate to your interests and fitness level.

 "The Local Area and its Delights"; " History and Legends"; " Nature and Local Culture".....  Discover typical villages in the 7 Valleys area : such as Ambricourt, Tramecourt, Agincourt, and walk in the footsteps of the Hundred Years' War and the Battle of Agincourt ( possibility of a visit to the Medieval Centre here); see the ewes and lambs at a farm in Créquy, where you will receive a warm welcome from Sylviane, who will explain how she makes cheese.

Then set off across fields, and meadows, along pathways and hillsides towards the village of Lugy, nestling in a valley through which runs the River Lys.
